At Las Vegas Wellness Center and Esthetics, we are committed to providing professional, safe, and transparent services. Due to the nature of our treatments, we apply the following conditions:

Non-Refundable Services:

Once a weight management or vitamin administration treatment has begun, no refunds are issued.

Rescheduling:

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.

Prepaid Packages:

• Refunds may only be requested before starting the package, with an administrative fee.

• Once started, there are no refunds, but you may reschedule pending sessions.

Medical Cases:

If a physician certifies that you should discontinue treatment, we may evaluate a credit or partial refund. Medical documentation is required.
